Recently there was news about how poorly the Volt has been selling. So I thought I'd look into it and see if I would buy a Volt. First, the Volt isn't an electric car; it's a plug in hybrid. So if you're really interested in an electric car, you wouldn't look at the Volt. If you're OK with a plug in hybrid, let's look at the competition. The Volt has an all-electric range of 35 miles according to the EPA. The Toyota Prius Plug In has a range of 14.3 miles. Given how poor the choices are, if I was in the market for a Plug-In Hybrid, I'd probably be looking at the Volt. However, I would really want the all-electric range to get me to and from work every day, so I'm still holding out for at least a 66 mile range. Of course, that wouldn't allow me to drive to lunch or to different office, but I'd be off the pumps for my daily commute.

Well jus went n spent $2000 bought us a 2000 chevy malibu gonna go tomorrow to get insurance n my liscence plate!!!! Yay!!!!!! Im so happy we got a car it has a few small things thatll have to b done to it but i got a ride n it runs thats all that matters!!!!!!
