In most cases, you can return your purchases for FREE and get a refund or exchange (but, of course, some exclusions apply). Please see details below.
Items returned MUST be in their original package and in unused condition. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Please be sure that your return can be accepted for returns, per below.
EXCLUSIONS: Certain categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged due to various handling/cost, legal/liability, or sanitary/health reasons. This generally includes products like (but limited to) bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, sleepwear, lingerie, jewelry, and some accessories. For these types of products, all sales are final - there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. In most cases, there will be a notice on the product's page listing denoting this non-returnable status. If you're unsure if your purchase will fall within these exclusions, please contact us before purchasing.
We can only accept returns that are postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If you use our provided return label within that timeframe, we'll cover your first return shipping for free! For later returns (or additional returns) after the first one, a $7.99 fee, per return package, will be deducted from your credit.
Alternatively, you always have the option of using your own local delivery methods to ship your return, at your own cost, to the address provided after performing the process outlined below.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN TO THE ADDRESSES LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE OR ON YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
Neither of those addresses lead to our Customer Returns processing center, and, as a result, we will never receive (or be notified of) your return. Further, we cannot return packages that are sent to these addresses. We will not offer refunds or exchanges to packages sent to any mailing addresses outside of the ones provided by our customer service team through the return process below.
Returns will typically be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. If you're not exchanging the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment account - we cannot send refunds to other accounts.
NOTE: The original shipping fee and any insurance fees are non-refundable.
